1. Members who want to provide services create a service profile by selecting the region they serve based on category.
2. The customer creates a service request.
3. The request is delivered to relevant service providers through notifications (In-site Notification, SMS, and Email).
4. After reviewing the request, service providers can submit an offer if they wish. (Service providers must top up their balance for offer and commission fees.)
5. Offers are sent to the requester again via notifications.
6. The requester approves the desired offer, and a notification is sent to the winning service provider (including the contact details of the requester).
7. After the requester marks the job as Completed, they evaluate the service provider (Rating and Comment).
